LYWA Board meeting started at 6:30 PM
· August minutes were accepted with revisions
· All board members present

Website Update
Tour of site conducted by Dana Sullivan
· Site is operational
· Final stages of setting up CC processing
· On schedule for registration
Programs
Training Camp-
· Fee-$25.00(free to anyone signing up for advanced)
Scholarships will be available upon request
· 11/10-11/21 6:15-8:00
· No picture day or clothing will be provided
· Location-LSHS
Advanced-
· Fees-$75.00
$50.00-transfer fee from Boot Camp
$75.00-second sibling
$150.00 family max
Scholarships will be available upon request
· December 2-early April
· Location-LSHS 6:30-8:00 (we will access need for multiple sessions based on numbers)
· Head coach-Brian Hinchley
· Managers-Wayne Goldberg, Matt Westrich and Jeremy Barth
· Clothing options to be presented in October meeting
· Events-4 club sponsored individual, 4 team and 2 overnights
· Insurance-MNUSA club/coaches MYAS-individuals-Chantel to manage

· Fee-$25.00(free to anyone signing up for advanced)

· Dates- November 10,11,13 and 17,18,20
· Will run 6:15 – 7:45
· No picture day or clothing will be provided
· Location-LSHS
· Coaches-Brian Hinchley and Cory Forar

· Insurance-MNUSA club/coaches MYAS-individuals –Chantel Johnson to manage
· Pizza Fundraiser- Will continue to have, but will have a $50.00 opt out for those not wishing to participate-Mark Osmanski to manage
· Pictures-Jenny Forar to manage
· Club will not provide MNUSA or NYWA cards
