| Q1: | What is an E-Mail list? |
| A1: | It is list of e-mail addresses that we use to send e-mails to a group of people. There is a general list for eveyone in the program plus there are lists for each team. Back to Top

| Q2: | How do I subscribe to a list? |
| A2: | Go to Manage Your E-Mail Subscriptions. On this page you will enter your e-mail address. Then a new page will be displayed with all of the lists that you can subscribe to or unsubscribe from. If you currently belong to a list there will be a check in the checkbox. To unsubscribe, remove the check. To join a list, check the checkbox. Then just click on "Update Subscriptions". The web site will send an e-mail to the e-mail address you entered. This e-mail will have a link in it that you either click on or you can copy the link into a browser. Back to Top

| Q3: | Why do I get the e-mail with the link that I have to click on? |
| A3: | This is to prevent someone from subscribing you to a list that you don't want to be subscribed to. Back to Top

| Q4: | What if I can't click on the link in the confirmation e-mail? |
| A4: | Some e-mail clinets may not allow you to click on the link from within an e-mail. The easiest way to deal with this is to highlight the link and copy it. Then paste the link into a browser. This will accomplish the same thing. Back to Top

| Q5: | Can I subscribe to lists with more than one e-mail address? |
| A5: | Yes! Subscribe as many addresses as you want. Actually, the more the better. That way we are more likely to get information to you much quicker. Back to Top
